EMXPERIENCE (EM for Emma, and XPERIENCE for user experience) was established in the 2020 lockdown while helping some friends set up their businesses online during the pandemic. 

The founder, Emma has almost 10 years of experience in content, design and UX (user experience), working for large luxury e-commerce brands to small beauty start-ups and financial services, designing and writing for websites and apps.
